deliverables, and digital materials.
- License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our:
● Training programs (Shujaa Bootcamp, Safari Scholar, In-House Pro, Tailored
Accelerator ).
● Service deliverables (campaign reports, creatives, dashboards ).
● Templates, caption vaults, toolkits, and playbooks . - Restrictions
You may not:
● Resell, redistribute, or sublicense deliverables without written consent.
● Claim ownership of white-label execution outputs (Applies to Global pods ).
● Remove copyright or brand notices.
● Reverse engineer or misuse digital tools provided. - Intellectual Property
All logos, brand assets, SOPs, and training materials remain the property of AdVance Digital
Ltd. . - Payment & Termination
● Access to licensed materials is subject to full payment.
● We reserve the right to terminate access if terms are violated.
● Upon termination, you must delete all licensed materials. - Liability
● Services are delivered “as is.”
● AdVance Digital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or misuse of campaign
results.
● Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or training. - Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya.
